Washbasins, toilets, showers, baths, hot and cold water, and drainage systems are maintained on a routine basis at no charge. Repair requests should be reported to Work Control by calling 709-864-7600 or through e-mail at facman@mun.ca. 

For additional water and drainage services related to equipment installations, the requesting department will be required to fill out a Non-Maintenance Request form, and the work will be charged to their account. Estimates are provided. Requests involving major plumbing modifications, extensions to existing services, or new services will require investigation.
