Memorial's Facilities Management (FM), Facilities Engineering and Development team leads major multi-year capital projects like the Animal Resource Centre, Battery redevelopment at Signal Hill Campus, as well as the annual deferred maintenance projects and minor capital projects. Each year, FM staff including administrative services, building services, central utilities, custodial services, energy systems, and space planning are involved with hundreds of projects across the St. John's campus.
