Facilities Management is advising that beginning Monday, Feb. 13 until approximately March 13, the bridge pedway crossing the river to the parking garage as well as a portion of the Janeway sidewalk leading to the bridge will be closed. These closures are to support Eastern Health’s project to complete necessary electrical upgrades. The bridge closure is noted in red below. Members of the Memorial community who park in the parking garage should follow detour signage to the exit at the front of the parking garage at the corner of Arctic Ave. and Clinch Cres. The temporary route to the Health Science complex is along Arctic Ave. leading to the crosswalk on Clinch Cres. towards the Animal Research Center noted in green below. If this closure causes you accessibility concerns, please contact Eastern Health to discuss alternate parking arrangements or discuss concerns with your supervisor.
