Please be advised Facilities Management has scheduled a boom truck to complete lift work on Monday, Dec. 16, at 1:00 p.m. Access and egress to parking lot 27 will be maintained for the duration of the work. Access to and egress from Levels Two and Three will follow a detour to the north of the Utilities Annex via Sandpits Road. Motorists and pedestrians are asked to use caution in this area and respect the directions provided by the traffic control persons on site. Please see a map of the area here.

This lift is required to facilitate the removal of a temporary steam boiler at the Utilities Annex. Inquiries concerning this project can be directed to the phone number listed below or by contacting 709-864-7600 after hours.
