In light of increasing labour costs, Facilities Management labour rates for chargeable services increased by 3 per cent effective OCt. 1, 2025. Thereafter, an annual increase will be in effect the start of each fiscal year, beginning April 1, 2026. The rates have not increased since 2019 and this increase is necessary to keep pace with escalating costs.
