How to Make an Effective Service Call

To help us respond to your concern as quickly and efficiently as possible, please review the following points before contacting Client Services.

When you reach out, have the following information ready:

1. Your full name and phone number.

2. The building name and the exact location of the problem, including the room number.

3. If the issue is not located in a specific room, please provide the two nearest room numbers.

4. A clear description of the problem or concern, including:

• The severity of the issue.
• Any unusual noises or smells (please describe them).
• A description of the malfunctioning item.

5. Your FOAPAL (if applicable)
