About
Founded in 2009, the Computer-Aided Design Laboratory for Analog and Mixed-Signal VLSI Systems (CADLAMS) has evolved to a very-large-scale-integration (VLSI) research base in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Memorial University. This state-of-the-art laboratory provides the infrastructure for advanced research in the area of VLSI circuits/systems and microsystems.
The research team is dedicated to addressing microelectronics and microsystems design and implementation challenges in the modern submicron and nanometer technologies. The research activities cover microelectronics, electronic design automation (EDA), micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), microfluidics and biosensors, wireless sensor networks, and beyond.
