Registration Costs:

• Symposium Fee + 1 Banquet ticket (Regular Rate)* - $199.00 plus HST.

• Symposium Fee + 1 Banquet ticket (Retiree Rate)* - $179.00 plus HST.

• Symposium Fee + 1 Banquet Ticket (Student Rate)* - $79.00 plus HST.
  ***Only 15 spaces available at this rate. After that, student fee increases to $179 + HST.

• Guest Banquet ticket (Saturday Evening)** - $79.00 plus HST.

• Registration Closed - Event has ended.

*Includes the costs of all Symposium activities and presentations, including Friday evening’s reception and Saturday’s nutrition breaks, lunch and one banquet ticket.

**Guest banquet ticket covers the cost of the banquet only.
