  • STATA: A general-purpose statistical software package developed by StataCorp for data manipulation, visualization, statistics, and automated reporting.
  • GPower: Used to compute statistical power analyses for many different t tests, F tests, χ2 tests, z tests and some exact tests. G*Power can also be used to compute effect sizes and to display graphically the results of power analyses.
  • R: For statistical computing and graphics.

For qualitative data analysis:
  • Orange 3: An open-source data visualization, machine learning and data mining toolkit. It features a visual programming front-end for explorative qualitative data analysis and interactive data visualization

For the study of Linguistics:
  • PRAAT: A software package for speech analysis in phonetics.
  • PHON: Supports the building of textual and phonological data corpora
  • CLAN: The CLAN program is a cross-platform program used for creating and analyzing transcripts in the Child Language Exchange System database.

  • Jamovi: A new “3rd generation” statistical spreadsheet

For the study of Chemistry:
  • Ngswin: This Nernst/Goldman Equation Simulator provides a visualization of the Nernst and Goldman potentials given user-entered values for the relevant parameters. Users can alter the permeability, extracellular concentration, and intracellular concentration of potassium, sodium, and chloride ions and observe the resulting changes for the electrical potential difference as calculated using the selected equation.

For the DELF examnination process:
  • Paragraphe
  • DELF exam practice (under 'DLC AV Resources')

Audio & video editing software:
