ITS Service Desk

ITS will be performing required maintenance on the VoIP telephone system Friday, August 9th at 6:00 PM to Saturday, August 10th at 6:00 PM. As a result, voicemail services will be unavailable form 6:00PM Friday until 2:00Am Saturday. Calling functionality will continue to work, however, any caller that reaches voicemail will instead hear a busy signal. Also during this period of time users may experience phone reboots and some users may experience loss of call history, and loss of call forwarding.
