ITS

During the period of August 15 to 19 ITS will be performing upgrades to the telephone system servicing the St. John’s and Signal Hill campuses, as well as off campus sites in the St. John’s area. This work will not affect telephone services at the Marine Institute, Grenfell Campus, Labrador Campus or Harlow Campus. As a result there will be short interruptions to telephone services occurring outside of regular business hours affecting VoIP telephone and analog services. These interruptions may also result in the reboot of VoIP telephones and/or loss of call history on VoIP telephones.
