The St. John’s campus is currently experiencing issues with VoIP phone system. The issue is causing some outbound/inbound calls to fail. This appears to be a vendor issue and ITS is engaged with the provider to understand and repair the issue. Memorial does not have an estimated restoration time or ability to identify which outbound/inbound calls are working. During this outage, Campus Enforcement and Patrol can be contacted at 864-4001.
