Scheduled maintenance impacting Banner INB and Memorial Self -Service

Information Technology Services (ITS) is advising clients of a scheduled Banner upgrade that will take place on Saturday, June 15, 2019, starting at 5 a.m. to Monday, June 17, 2019, at 5 a.m. During this time, the Banner system including Memorial Self-Service will be unavailable. If the upgrade is completed prior to June 17, the system may be available earlier. This service interruption is to accommodate the continuation of the Banner 9 implementation at Memorial and involves upgrading Banner HR, Finance, and Student. The implementation and transition to users is being done in a phased approach over the upcoming months. Banner users will be notified of their schedule for training and access to Banner 9. Banner 9 rollout will continue with all units transitioned by the end of this calendar year. Questions or concerns should be directed to the ITS Service Desk at 864-4595 or help@mun.ca.
