How do I remove or forget a wi-fi network?
Windows
- Select Start menu in your taskbar at the bottom left of your screen.
- Go to Settings and then Network & Internet.
- Select Wi-Fi on the left menu, then select Manage known networks.
- Select the network you want to remove, then click Forget.
- Now, try reconnecting to wi-fi by re-entering your username and password.
iOS
- Open Settings, then select Wi-Fi.
- Tap the information (i) icon to the right of the network you want to remove.
- Tap Forget This Network.
- Tap Forget to confirm.
- Now, try reconnecting to wi-fi by re-entering your username and password.
Android
- Open Settings, then select Wi-Fi.
- Tap and hold the network you want to remove, then select Forget network.
- Now, try reconnecting to wi-fi by re-entering your username and password.
