New employees
Getting started
Step 1: Create your MUN Login account. MUN Login is your gateway to accessing Memorial's online services. You will require your Employee ID to create your MUN Login account. Your Employee ID can be located on your letter of appointment from HR. If you are unable to locate your Employee ID, please contact your departmental HR representative.
Step 2: Access your email via a web browser or the Outlook desktop application. Microsoft 365 Outlook is Memorial’s employee email service so if you’re unable to login, contact the IT Service Desk. Please note your @mun.ca email should be used for Memorial-related business only.
Cybersecurity awareness training
Available to all employees through the my.mun.ca portal under the employees tab. Employees can sign in using their Memorial login ID and password.
Let's work together to build a strong defense against cyber attacks. Your participation is vital to our collective security and success.
