For the use of Webex for instructional purposes, it is recommended you consult with the Centre for Innovation in Teaching and Learning (CITL) on how best to use online synchronous tools.
For Faculty and Staff
Complete Memorial’s Webex Terms and Conditions of Use and the associated request form. Upon receipt, your Webex account will be created and you will be notified by email when your access has been granted.
For Others
Step 1 – Seek Approval
Access to Webex by other members of the Memorial community (e.g. students) must be approved by a faculty or staff sponsor. Sponsors must complete the
Approval for a Webex License.
Step 2 – Submit Request
Complete
Memorial’s Webex Terms and Conditions of Use and the associated request form. Upon receipt of your sponsor's approval and your request information, your Webex account will be created and you will be notified by email when your access has been granted.
