Memorial Email

Memorial email is provided to you and should be used for official university email communication.

Google Workspace

Google Workspace is a suite of cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools for students.

Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based service that brings together productivity and collaboration tools to improve how people work. By combining Microsoft Office apps like Word, Excel and PowerPoint with services like Teams and OneDrive, Microsoft 365 enables Memorial users to create, share and collaborate securely.

Campaigner

Campaigner is an email campaign solution provided by the Office of the CIO for sending emails to groups of individuals. Common use cases include sending newsletters and marketing events (e.g. register for an event). 

Document Manager

is an enterprise file sharing solution that provides units with an opportunity to securely share information with users within and outside the university community. 

Survey Tool

Qualtrics is the current approved survey tool for Memorial University. This service is available to active Memorial faculty, staff, and students (with faculty/staff supervisor approval) to conduct surveys for a research or administrative purpose.

Digital Signage

Memorial currently supports digital signage using the REACH digital signage platform. Units looking to install new digital signage monitors or replace/repair legacy equipment at existing locations should contact CITL by submitting a Classroom Support Request providing relevant details. A CITL representative will follow up to discuss the needs, overall costs of equipment and the process of getting the digital signage set up.
