Personal Profile
Dr. Blair Winsor joined the Faculty of Business Administration at Memorial University in August 2013, having taught entrepreneurship, innovation management and small business management-related topics at Edinburgh Napier University in the United Kingdom (UK) for the previous 11 years. Over the last 30 years Blair has been an entrepreneur, angel investor, board member, and consultant in the UK, the US, and Canada. Currently, he enjoys working with entrepreneurs through Memorial’s Centre for Entrepreneurship.
Blair completed his doctor of philosophy at University of Warwick Business School in the UK. He also has a bachelor of arts in political science from Memorial, a bachelor of laws from the University of Ottawa, and an MBA from Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in Italy. In addition, he has a diploma in French from the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi and a post-graduate certificate in teaching and learning in higher education from Edinburgh Napier University.
