Die roll simulation of the Taxi Cab Function
The Excel function A1 =
RANDOMBETWEEN(1,6) returns a random integer between 1
& 6. Generate 12,000 random integers in rows A1-A12000.
Identify rolls (= rows) with the value 6 (arrival
of a taxi). Determine the interval between
successive rolls of 6. The distribution of 12,000 variates
will follow the Taxi Cab (Exponential)
Function with a mean of 6.
