In June, Biology PhD student, Corrie Vincent, was awarded one of the 2024 Strokan-Hanes-McCaslin Research Foundation Awards. These awards are given to students who have outstanding graduate research proposals relating to soilborne plant diseases. Corrie received a cash award as well as round trip fare to attend the 2024 American Phytopathological Society meeting in Memphis which took place at the end of July. Congratulations Corrie!
