Residence Meal Plans
Meal plans at Memorial University are designed to offer convenience, flexibility, and value for all members of our community—not just residence students. Whether you live on campus or off campus, meal plans are available to help you make the most of your university experience.
Who Can Purchase a Meal Plan?
- Residence Students: If you live in Paton College or Macpherson College, a meal plan is required as part of your accommodations. Living in Burton's Pond Apartments or at Signal Hill campus? You can purchase an optional meal plan.
- Off-Campus Students: Living anywhere off-campus? You can also enjoy the benefits of a meal plan!
- Faculty and Staff: Meal plans are open to anyone in the Memorial University community.
Where to Dine
Dining services are provided in the Main Dining Hall (R. Gushue Hall) during the fall and winter semesters. The dining hall features 'All Day Dining'—a continuous dining option that ensures you can grab a bite whenever it suits you, with no interruptions between meal times.
Flexibility and Variety
Most meal plans come with FLEX dollars, which can be used at any Lighthouse Hospitality-operated location on campus. This means you have a wide range of dining options to suit your tastes and schedule, from coffee shops to quick bites and more.
