International Workshop

This meeting is a continuation of five previous annual workshops focusing on the interplay between commutative algebra (particularly, resolutions and inverse systems) and algebraic combinatorics (the representation theory of symmetric groups). Links to the previous workshops can be found here.

The Organizing Committee of the workshop is comprised of Yuri Bahturin (Memorial University of Newfoundland and Moscow State University), Nantel Bergeron (York University), Sara Faridi (Dalhousie University), Tony Geramita (Queen's University and University of Genoa), Mikhail Kotchetov (Memorial University).

The list of speakers included Marcelo Aguiar (Texas A&M University), Francois Bergeron (UQAM, Montreal), Jaydeep Chipalkatti (University of Manitoba), Olga Kharlampovich (McGill University), Hugh Thomas (University of New Brunswick), and Jerzy Weyman (Northeastern University).
