Reading the Genetic Code

To read the codon 5'-ACG-3'
     Read A from the left-hand side of the table
     Read C across the top of the table
     Read G as the fourth line in that block, on the right-hand side of the table

The codon ACG codes for the amino acid  thr (threonine)
